We are continually building our themes to bring you new features. While we have done everything we can to ensure that your setup and usage of themes goes as smoothly as possible, sometimes in world of programming errors are usual things. These errors occur simply due to a server configuration or rogue plugin interfering. We have put this section together in an attempt to help you better troubleshoot these potential problems if they occur.
Some users had an issue where their Customizer settings fail to persist after they save them, leave the Customizer, then come back later. This is an error that is occurring on certain server environments during the installation process, or due to caching plugins not clearing properly. First, try to completely clear your browser cache, as well as ensure that any caching plugins you are using are cleared out.
Customizer allows you to tweak theme settings using a WYSIWYG interface and customize the theme on a very fast and effective way. It includes the colors, fonts, text, input field for site title and tagline, footer copyright and much more.
Integrating the Customizer, you will make your themes much more appealing to developers and website owners. Generally, it is designed to let website users make changes without having to rely on widgets or theme options pages. If a theme has the Customizer built in, you can use it to make tweaks before downloading and activating the theme.
